We try to print your custom cards within 10 business days for a normal size event. In many cases, we are able to ship earlier than 10 days depending on our order load. Rush orders may incur an additional fee.

For larger events, creating your order may take weeks or months depending on your needs and the complexity of the project.

We do everything we can to get your order to you on time. To help ensure that:

• Tell us your deadline on the form or at checkout.
• Choose the right shipping method: USPS if there's no firm deadline; UPS if your event is within two weeks. You have full control over how your package ships — just know that speed comes at a cost.

Please note: once you've selected a courier, we cannot take responsibility for shipping delays, third-party carrier issues, or missed deliveries on your end. No refunds will be issued for late arrivals.

Yes! We ship around the world via UPS. Please select a speed of service that is appropriate for you and your needs and note there may be duties to pay on your end as directed by your country, before your shipment is released to you. Each country has its own laws and tariffs regarding this.
