A seating chart should do more than organize a room — it should set the tone for everything that follows. Our custom illustrated seating charts are designed in the same artistic hand as our illustrated place card collections, with your guest names arranged by table in your chosen font. Two charts per order, printed on fine paper and ready to display.

How It Works

After checkout, you'll receive a design intake form for your guest list (name → table number) and font preference. A proof is sent for approval before printing. Revisions are $25 each.

• Seating Charts are available in a sets of 2, please increase your quantities accordingly.
• Each seating chart holds 8-10 names
• If you need 10 tables, for example, you will need to order 5 sets.
• You get one digital proof for your approval.
• Size: 5" x 7"
• Can be purchased with LaGlace acrylic display frame.
• Printed on sheet-fed hot-press cotton rag watercolor paper with archival Japanese inks.
• Made-by-hand in our workshop in Old Chatham, New York
• ALL seating charts are printed custom & bespoke to order. NO RETURNS unless in error by us.

• Customize your seating  chart with your guest's names. With numerous fonts to choose from, you can have your seating chart coordinate with your place cards and menu cards
• You can email us with your guest list at the appropriate time

• We aim to ship your order from our workshop in Old Chatham, New York in 10 days. Please order early enough to receive your items for your event.
• Once your order ships, timely delivery is now the responsibility of the shipper.
• You also control the speed (and cost) of shipping when you choose your preferred shipping method at checkout. If you need something overnight, please don't choose Ground. You can learn more about our shipping tips and shipping policy.
