The birds and butterflies that appear on the place cards migrate naturally to the menu: the same four illustrations, now printed on a slightly warm-tinted ground to complement bone china, with your courses laid out beneath them in elegant type. At a dinner where the place cards and menus match, the table feels complete in a way that's hard to achieve otherwise. Two formats—the tall Bistro and the wider Mayfair—suit different table configurations and presentation styles.
