In Carrara Bleu, the glaze settles into cool blue-gray veining against a pale ground, edged in warm brown at the tips — a quiet nod to the marble it’s named for, geological and serene. Here in Old Chatham, the wild asters appear at the meadow’s edges in late summer, small and insistent, and this ceramic bloom honors that spirit in fired clay and mineral glaze.
