In the late 18th and early 19th centuries, lovers exchanged miniature paintings of a single eye — intimate, anonymous, and charged with a feeling that a full portrait could never quite capture. The Lover's Eye-Pearl is Mr. P's rendering of that tradition: a single pale-skinned eye, painted with the luminous softness of ivory and the alluring precision of the finest miniaturist. It is at once deeply historical and entirely contemporary in its appeal, a place card that holds the gaze of every guest who sees it and starts conversations that no one planned. • Choose your style of calligraphy above, then add up to 16 guest's names for classic size, or 8 guest's names for Event size.
• We even include a blank card called "Try your hand" to test your writing instrument if you want to write your names yourself or send them out to your calligrapher.

• We aim to ship your order from our workshop in Old Chatham, New York in 10 days. Please order early enough to receive your items for your event.
• Once your order ships, timely delivery is now the responsibility of the shipper.
