Maple syrup from Hudson Valley sugarmakers, aged six to nine months in charred oak bourbon barrels — deeply aromatic, alcohol-free, and chosen by Oprah as a 2024 Favorite Thing. It starts with late-harvest maple sap — Grade A Dark Amber, the richest tier, gathered by Hudson Valley sugarmakers when the nutrients run deepest. Then it goes into charred oak bourbon barrels for six to nine months, absorbing the aromatic complexity of bourbon without picking up a drop of alcohol. The result is a maple syrup unlike any other: round, complex, faintly smoky, unmistakably itself. Oprah named it a 2024 Favorite Thing. It belongs on a proper stack of waffles, in a salad dressing, swirled into a marinade, or poured slowly over vanilla ice cream. It's the kind of bottle that earns its place on the table.
